Seasonal Coaching - one year

Year-round Seasonal Coaching offers a nourishing, easeful rhythm of creative support—without the commitment of a bi-weekly mentorship container.

Once per season, we’ll hold space for the full context of your creativity through a one-hour coaching session, where we’ll address your current needs, desires, and obstacles through a holistic lens. These one-off sessions are designed for anyone navigating a season of limited time, energy, or resources—whether due to burnout, chronic illness, life transitions, or budgetary constraints. They also serve as an accessible entry point if you’re new to my work and want to explore what creative mentorship can feel like.

What’s included:

• Four hour-long coaching sessions. I’ll reach out at the start of each season with a scheduling link—one less thing for you to remember or track!

• Before each session, I’ll offer some gentle, guiding questions to help you reflect on what’s needing our collective attention the most.

• After each session, you’ll receive succinct, encouraging notes from me—a “map” of our work together, which you can consult throughout the rest of the season.

Year-round seasonal support is especially good for:

• Neurodivergent writers who benefit from spaciousness and lots of integration time.

• Busy humans who could use some gentle accountability that won’t demand a lot from their schedule.

• Writers & artists deeply attuned to the rhythms of the natural world.

• Folks navigating burnout, chronic illness, and/or budgetary restraints.

My strengths-based style and trauma-informed approach brings a unique combination of play, nourishment, and inspiration to these sessions. As an Autistic coach, I care equally about what happens on and off the page; our work together will be holistic, and always with an eye toward sustainability and accommodation of your full self.
